Attach a spray nozzle straight onto the hydrogen peroxide bottle. Apparently, the sun light degrades the solution if you transfer it into a clear container or bottle.

Use full strength for:

-cat pee (wash area first with soap and warm water then spray or pour right onto the area and let sit for a few hours...works on floors too
-disinfecting counters if needed
-disinfecting cutting boards
-bleaching out stains (spray on stain and let sit in sun for a day or so)
