1/2 c water or milk 6 TBSP oil of your choice (olive works) 1/2 tsp salt 2 cups flour of your choice (I have used a combination of whole wheat, spelt, and ground flax)
OPTIONAL: sesame seeds as topping 1 cup cheddar for added protein & calcium
Mix water, oil, and salt until the water and oil mix temporarily. Pour in flour and stir well. Add more water if needed. Knead the dough briefly. Place on cookie sheet and roll out thin. You can sprinkle with salt and sesame seeds if you want and roll them into the dough. Cut into squares. Bake 350 for 15-20 minutes.
*Please note the thinner you make them, the crispier they willl be. But if they are not crispy enough you can leave them in the oven longer.
